Will it fit in my mailbox?
Yes! All items are carefully sized to fit through standard European mailboxes.
When will I be charged?
You’ll be billed automatically every 3 months.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs fees may apply for international customers including the UK and are the customer’s responsibility.
When will my stationery mail arrive?
You’ll receive stationery mail four times a year, shipped at the end of March, June, September, and December. Your mail will usually arrive within 3–10 business days, typically at the beginning of the following month. International orders will arive in 4-6+ weeks
When will I receive my first stationery mail?
Mail ships quarterly in March, June, September, and December. To get the mail for a quarter, sign up before the 1st of that quarter’s last month. For example, sign up before March 1st to get the March shipment. If you subscribe after the shipping date, your first mail will be sent with the next shipment. You’ll be billed immediately upon subscribing.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime easily through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Pausing subscriptions is not available at this time.
What if I move or want to change my address?
Just update your shipping info in your account before the next shipment.
Is this a gift option?
Not yet, but we’re exploring gifting options for the future!
How long does SEPA Direct Debit payment take to process?
SEPA payments usually take up to 10 business days to clear. Your order will be shipped once the payment is confirmed in our system.
