Orders and Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. During busy periods, it may take up to 5-8 business days. As I handle all packing and shipping myself, your patience is appreciated!

  • Free shipping within Europe on orders over €30
  • Free international shipping (outside Europe) on orders over €60
  • European Orders: 1-2 weeks
  • International Orders: 4-6+ weeks

You can change your shipping adress in your account.

Where available, you will receive a track & trace link once your order has been shipped. This depends on the shipping method and destination.

Your stationery subscription ships four times a year at the end of March, June, September, and December. Subscription orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation.

I ship to many countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact me for more information.

You subscribe once and receive exclusive stationery every 3 months. Each shipment is sent at the end of March, June, September, and December and contains unique designs made especially for that release.

Yes, you can cancel anytime by contacting me or cancel it in your account. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Payment methodes

I offer several secure payment methods to make your shopping experience easy and flexible. You can pay with iDEAL (Netherlands), Klarna (pay later or in installments for eligible customers), PayPal, or major credit cards.

For subscriptions, the first payment is made immediately at checkout. Depending on your payment method, recurring payments are handled as follows: iDEAL and Klarna switch to SEPA Direct Debit for future payments, while credit card payments continue directly on your card.

SEPA payments usually take up to 10 business days to process. Your order will be shipped once the payment has been confirmed.

You’ll be billed automatically every 3 months. Payments are collected before each shipping cycle (March, June, September, and December).
