• One exclusive A5 spiral-bound notebook, designed, printed, and assembled in my studio.
• One matching A5 notepad, handmade in my studio.
• One exclusive sticker sheet.
• Three surprise paper goodies, carefully selected to match the theme. These may include bookmarks, colouring pages, sticker puzzles, postcards, art prints, activity sheets, or other exclusive stationery.
• A personal thank-you note from me.

Every item is illustrated, produced, and packed by hand in my studio, making each Quarterly Box a unique and creative experience.

How it works:

• You subscribe once and receive new exclusive stationery every 3 months.
• You’ll receive stationery mail four times a year, shipped at the end of March, June, September, and December. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–10 business days after shipping. International orders about 4-6+ weeks.
• Each mailing features designs created especially for this stationery mail.
• The price covers production, packaging, and shipping. No hidden costs. (International orders do not cover shipping costs.)
• You can cancel anytime, just send an e-mail to me.

Will it fit in my mailbox?
Yes! All items are carefully sized to fit through standard European mailboxes.

When will I be charged?
You’ll be billed automatically every 3 months.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs fees may apply for international customers including the UK and are the customer’s responsibility.

When will my stationery mail arrive?
You’ll receive stationery mail four times a year, shipped at the end of March, June, September, and December. Your mail will usually arrive within 3–10 business days, typically at the beginning of the following month. International orders will arive in 4-6+ weeks

When will I receive my first stationery mail?
Stationery mail ships 4 times per year: March, June, September, and December.

Your first box depends on when you sign up:

Q1 (March): sign up Dec – Feb
Q2 (June): sign up Mar – May
Q3 (September): sign up Jun – Aug
Q4 (December): sign up Sep – Nov

Sign up after the cut-off? Your first mail will arrive in the next shipment.

You’re billed immediately upon subscribing.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime easily through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Pausing subscriptions is not available at this time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

What if I move or want to change my address?
Just update your shipping info in your account before the next shipment.

Is this a gift option?
Not yet, but we’re exploring gifting options for the future!

How long does SEPA Direct Debit payment take to process?
SEPA payments usually take up to 10 business days to clear. Your order will be shipped once the payment is confirmed in our system.
